Selena Metal - As your real estate professional I bring integrity, energy, hard work and creative service into every detail of your real estate transaction. I grew up in Tracy CA. and was introduced into the market at the young age of 16 where I acquired a job at a local real estate company as a receptionist. I continued to build a successful career in real estate since 1993. I have a beautiful blended family with 7 kids and a husband whom also works in the industry. We enjoy many outdoor adventures and my family is the backbone of my success. I began working with The Silveria Team since 2012, a turning point in my career. Frank G. Silveria III leads, trains and motivates our team better than any other I have had the pleasure of working with. I truly love my job and enjoy every aspect of the escrow process. I look forward to working with you. 209.879.3489

Jeff Brooks - I was born and raised on a working cattle ranch in a small town in Eastern Oregon. This is where I learned what hard work was all about at a very early age. My father was a military veteran so my brother and I were the recipients of being brought up with military values, respect and a strong work ethic. Football, baseball, basketball and rodeo were a large part of my youth and where I learned the value of “team work”. Life events took me to Los Gatos California the start of my sophomore year of high school, where I graduated from Los Gatos High School in 1984. I joined the service after high school to follow in my father’s footsteps. After serving at multiple duty stations and receiving a tremendous education, I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in the late 80’s. My time in the service is where the teamwork I learned playing sports was galvanized into much more than just a game. I am very proud of my time in the service and thank all who have served, or are currently serving. After my honorable discharge, I was fortunate enough to be provided an opportunity to be involved with a computer manufacturing facility. I started in shipping and receiving and quickly moved through the ranks to inevitably become National Sales Manager where I remained for years. The attack our nation suffered on September 11th was a real wake up call for me. With a young daughter and an infant son at home at that time, my priorities changed. I wanted to change direction and do something different. It had to be something that allowed me to remain close to home, something I would be passionate about, and something that would provide me the ability to not miss out on any of the special moments with my wife and children. Real Estate was my answer and I am so fortunate to have made that important decision. Since becoming licensed, I have received multiple Master’s Club awards from the Central Valley Association of Realtors and was ranked as one of the Top 100 Real Estate Teams based on transactions in the nation by Realtor Magazine. This year will be my 25th wedding anniversary to my beautiful wife. Our daughter will graduate college in May and our son recently graduated high school. Both of our children attended Jefferson School District through 8th grade, and both have graduated from Tracy High School. We have established deep roots in Tracy and the Central Valley and are proud to call this our home. 209.362.9834
